Once you’ve collect 10 reward stamps, we’ll issue you a coupon which is worth the avg price of the 10 reward stamps you’ve accumulated.

- The average value will be rounded up to a whole number and issued as a coupon which you can then use during the next flight booking process.

* any remainder amount will be absorbed if your next flight total is much lower than your coupon value.

  • How can I collect Giamso Flights Stamps?

    Every time when you purchase eligible flight tickets, you are granted Giamso Rewards Flights Stamps for each passenger’s flight.

    Giamso Rewards Flights Stamps will be granted to your account within one week after the completion of your itinerary.

    Once you have accumulated 10 Giamso Rewards Flights Stamps, you will get a Giamso Rewards Coupon for 1 free flight.

    The Giamso Rewards Coupon is worth the average price for your 10 previous flights.

    Giamso Rewards Flights Stamps will not be granted for purchases of flight tickets made by phone.

    Please note that:
    • Only the person who makes booking can be granted Giamso Rewards Flights Stamps. Flights Stamps will not be granted to the accounts of fellow travelers.
    • Giamso Rewards Flights Stamps will be granted to the e-mail address registered at the time of reservation. No transfer of stamps from a specified email address to another specified email address is allowed.
    Giamso Rewards Flights Stamps shall not be granted in the following cases:
    • Booking of flights using any coupon
    • Any change or cancellation to booking due to customer’s circumstances and leads to incompletion of itinerary
    Moreover, Giamso Rewards Flights Stamps shall not be accumulated in the following cases:
    • Booking of flights not eligible for Giamso Rewards
    • Booking of flights before registration to Giamso Rewards program
    • Booking of flights by any unauthorized conduct

    Giamso reserves the right to remove any accumulated Flights Stamps under one’s email address if he/she is found not eligible for Giamso Rewards program. For details, please check the Terms of Service of Giamso.

  • Where are my missing Giamso Flights Stamps?
    When the number of your valid Giamso Rewards Flights Stamps is different from your expectation, the possible reasons are as following:
    • Your itinerary is incomplete.
    • It is still within one week since the completion of your itinerary. Giamso Rewards Flights Stamps will be granted to your account within one week after the completion of your itinerary.
    • Your flight is not eligible for Giamso Rewards. Giamso Rewards Flights Stamps are granted only after the completion of eligible flights.
    • Your Giamso Rewards Flights Stamps have already expired. Giamso Rewards Flights Stamp expires after one year since being granted.
  • How do I redeem Giamso Stamps?

    Once you have accumulated 10 Giamso Rewards Flights Stamps, you can get a coupon for 1 free flight. The coupon for 1 free flight is worth the average price for your 10 previous eligible flights.

    How to use coupons
    • Upon the completion of 10 eligible flights, a coupon for 1 free flight, which is worth the average price for your 10 eligible flights, will be delivered to you.
    • The coupon can be used only by clicking on the URL link we sent to you.
    • Please enter coupon code before you proceed to confirmation page.
    • The grand total will show a discounted value generated by your Giamso Rewards Coupon.
    Please note that:
    • Giamso Rewards Coupon is not applicable to cover tax and processing fee.
